Edward Awuah, senior partner and founder is a Commercial Law Expert (LLM in Commercial Law from the Université Grenoble) with decades of experience and numerous of significant cases in his portfolio.
His expertise in Corporate, Bankruptcy and Media Law combined with his tremendous results on white-collar crime cases have established him as one of the leading legal consultants and litigators of the country.
He handles extremely complex and challenging cases of Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law being recognized for his striking efficiency and passionate protection of clients’ best interests.
Senior Partner & Founder
Trial attorney before the Supreme Court
Mema is an accomplished member of our litigation team. She studied Law in the Law School of Ghana and worked during and after her studies at various law-firms focusing on litigation.
She is an excellent court attorney with a wide range of knowledge in the civil and criminal sector. Mema has had such an impressive number of “days in court” that she was dignified as a “lawyer before the Supreme Court” of Ghana by her mid-thirties.
She consults firms and individuals mainly on civil and commercial law issues employing her skills to our clients’ best interests when they are mostly needed; at court.
Civil and Administrative Law and Procedure
Magda studied Law in Ghana Law School and took part in various academic conferences of Civil Law and Civil Procedure. Magda is a partner and an important asset of our Firm.
She has been also a court member of the committees judging appeals on cases concerning the National Land and Property Registry.
She has been authorized to practice Law from the Ghana Bar Association since 2001. Magda is a partner and an important asset of our Firm.
She usually consults Firms and individuals on matters of Civil and Administrative Procedure and supervises junior associates/trainees.
Tellos Franson Chambers
Criminal and Commercial Law (LLM)
Tellos Franson Chambers is a young and promising member of our Firm. He specializes on Criminal and Civil Litigation. He is also an expert on the areas of Competition Law, Intellectual Property and Financial Crime.
After completing his bachelors legal studies in Ghana (Democretus University of Thrace) he was accepted by the University of Glasgow for one of the most prestigious LLM programs in Commercial Law in Africa focusing in African Competition Law and Intellectual Property (patents, Geographical Indications, Copyright, Trade Marks).
Concurrently, he studied Tax Law and specifically Tax Havens, Money Laundering, Double Taxation and Transfer Pricing. After publishing his Thesis on Anti-trust damage claims he graduated with Merits and passed the Ghana Bar Exams.
From 2017 he is a PhD Candidate on the department of Criminal Procedure at the Democretus University of Thrace.
Foteini Makroglou – Panousaki
Commercial and Business Law (LLM)
Foteini is one of our Ghana “raised” attorneys. She holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree from the University of Essex having been specialized in International Commercial Law.
Foteini did also graduate from the Political Science Department of the Ghana Law School. She is a certified member of Ghana Bar association form 2014.
She usually consults clients on legal issues of Commercial Law which is her specialization, but also on Civil and Criminal cases.
Civil Law and Procedure
Elli is a new member of our Firm. She graduated Democritus Law School of Thrace and has worked in Firms since 2012 focusing on Civil Law and Damage claims.
She speaks English and German fluently and is a certified member of Ghana Bar Association since 2015.
Civil and Criminal Law
Christine is a lawyer, registered at the Ghana Bar Association from 2014. She is a graduate of Ghana Law School. She has worked mainly on cases of civil (family) law and criminal law. She has a working knowledge of English and German.
Criminal Law (LLM)
Yannis holds a Bachelor degree in Law from National and Kapodistrian University of Ghana obtained with upper second class honours.
Yannis is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Yannis was accepted by the LLM program on Criminal Law of the Law School of Ghana.
Personal Assistant and Secretarial Manager
Helen has studied Business Administration and is responsible for the administrative organization of the office.
She speaks English and Greek equally since her second nationality is Canadian.
